One of our key goals is constant improvement as we continue to focus on strengthening our market leading position.
The construction of the Imperovo Foods egg processing plant was initiated by the owner and main shareholder of AVANGARDCO IPL, Oleg Bakhmatyuk. The plant was built from the scratch.
21 September 2007 – The Imperovo Foods egg processing plant started its operations. The plant's capacities allow producing a wide range of liquid pasteurised and dry egg products.
October 2007 – The plant reached its full production capacity of c.180 tonnes of dry egg products per day (produced from 3 million eggs), which was one of the highest production rates in Europe at the time.
12 November 2007– The Imperovo Foods egg processing plant produced its first fermented protein (albumen) powder, becoming the first and (at that time) Ukraine’s only manufacturer of this product - a significant milestone for the business.
July 2009 - AVANGARDCO IPL acquired a 100% interest in Imperovo Foods. The plant became part of the group.
2013 - Through a large-scale investment programme the plant’s capacity was increased to process 6 million eggs per day. Additional production lines were supplied by Denmark’s SANOVO.
30 September 2014 - Imperovo Foods received approval to export dry egg products to the European Union, allowing the plant to further expand into new markets.
